By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or making a booking through VootFly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you are booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

VootFly is an independent travel agency that provides flight booking services, fare comparison, and travel consultation. We operate as an authorized travel agent and consolidator with access to wholesale fares from airlines including but not limited to American Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and Air Canada..

3.1 Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request form or calling our agents does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you have received a written confirmation with a valid ticket number (PNR) and payment has been processed in full.

3.2 Fare Accuracy

Fares quoted by our agents are based on availability at the time of quotation. Airfares are subject to constant change and availability. VootFly reserves the right to revise the quoted fare if availability changes before ticketing is completed. We will notify you of any fare difference before processing payment.

3.3 Ticket Issuance

Upon full payment, we will issue your ticket within the timeframe communicated by your agent, typically within 2–24 hours. You will receive your e-ticket and booking confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and fuel surcharges as disclosed at the time of booking. Government taxes and airline-imposed fees are included in the final price communicated to you.

Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Price Match Guarantee

Our price match guarantee applies to identical itineraries (same airline, same flight number, same date, same cabin class, same fare conditions) found on the airline's official website or other authorized booking platforms at the time of your quote. VootFly has sole discretion to verify and honor price match requests.

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the fare rules of the specific ticket purchased. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. Key points:

• Non-Refundable Fares: Cannot be cancelled for a cash refund.
• Refundable Fares: Subject to airline cancellation fees.
• VootFly Administrative Fee: $50–$150 per ticket for processing cancellations.
• Refund Timeline: Processed within 7–21 business days where applicable.
• Submission: All refund requests must be sent to refunds@vootfly.com or call (800) 518-9233.

6.1 Customer-Initiated Changes

Date changes, name corrections, routing changes, and upgrades are subject to airline fare rules and availability. VootFly will charge an administrative fee in addition to any airline-imposed change fees. Contact your agent to initiate any changes.

6.2 Airline-Initiated Changes

Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights. In such cases, VootFly will contact you with available options including rebooking or refund. VootFly is not liable for airline-initiated changes and will facilitate the resolution process on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the following:

• Ensuring all passenger names match passport documents exactly.
• Obtaining valid passports, visas, transit visas, and any other travel documents required for your journey.
• Compliance with entry requirements, health regulations, and vaccination requirements of destination countries.
• Arriving at the airport with sufficient time for check-in as required by the airline.
• Verifying flight schedules and any updates communicated by the airline directly.
• Ensuring travel insurance coverage appropriate for your journey.
• All expenses incurred due to travel document issues, denied boarding, or missed flights.

VootFly's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid to VootFly for the booking in question. VootFly is not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or schedule changes by airlines.
• Loss or damage to baggage (governed by airline's conditions of carriage).
• Acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
• Immigration refusal, visa denials, or denied boarding by airlines.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

All content on vootfly.com including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of VootFly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

VootFly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
